About Us
I’m Ben Riggs, a Texas CPA based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I primarily work with small businesses and specialize in home-service businesses that need more than basic bookkeeping—they need financial clarity they can actually run their business on.
I started this firm to help small business owners regain time with their families while continuing to scale with confidence. Too many owners are working long hours while still feeling uncertain about cash flow, profitability, or tax exposure. My goal is to remove that burden by providing clean numbers, standardized processes, and proactive financial support.
My work is guided by principles of stewardship, integrity, and service. I believe a business should be run with clarity and responsibility—not just for profit, but for the people it supports: employees, families, and communities.
While our primary focus is HVAC businesses, we also serve other home service companies with similar operational complexity as well as the everyday small business owner.

What to Expect
#1 Give us a Call or Email
We start with a brief introduction to learn about your business and understand your accounting needs. Following this meeting we will provide an initial quote for your consideration. This initial quote amount is not finalized until we obtain an accurate depictions of your business’ existing accounting volume and needs and for which we may request some additional information.
#2 Send Requested Information
Depending on the scope of the services you’re business is looking for we may ask a few things from you including, prior bank and credit card statements, QBO accountant access, or a prior year tax return if applicable. Feel free to omit any sensitive information as you feel comfortable. We’re mostly looking at volume, complexity, and initial balances at this stage to reconcile and address workload requirements and draft a finalized quote.
#3 Acceptance & Engagement
After receiving access to requested documents we will finalize a proposal to send over to you for your review and E-signature. Upon receiving your signature and payment we are now in business!
#4 Onboarding & Ongoing Support
We will then follow up with additional instructions to grant the minimally appropriate access to your QuickBooks and identify a time for an onboarding meeting in which we can go over more in depth how we can best serve you.
